BCFMA My Account

The BCFMA app provides quick and convenient access to your BCFMA case information.

To use the app, you will need your BCFMA Case ID linked to your online My Account.

To link your Case ID to My Account:
1. Go to bcfma.ca/account/login
2. Create a web account
3. Sign into your web account
4. Add your BCFMA Case ID

• Access BCFMA My Account from your mobile device
• View your case details, including case status and payment information
• Send and receive messages
• Request callbacks
• Upload documents
• Sign up for direct deposit or modify payment information
• Report direct payments
• Download BCFMA forms
